  • When we get your order, we send you our gold pack with a FREEPOST Royal Mail Special Delivery pack.
  • Pack your gold in a secure box or bag so that it does not rattle about.  Place in the FREEPOST package provided.
  • Take your special delivery package to the post office and hand over the counter.  The Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service includes the following:

- Next day delivery by 1:00pm

- Includes £500 compensation (options for £1000 and £2,500 available)

  • You will receive a receipt for your parcel which includes tracking number which allows you to check when the item has been delivered on the Royal Mail Tracking page.

 

What Happens Next ?

  • When we receive your package, we check the gold and its weight.
  • The prices we pay are for the prices fixed on the morning we receive the gold.
  • We will contact you and give you our free quotation and if you are still happy to sell, we will settle the amount in your preferred payment method.
  • We offer two methods of payment:

- Cheque posted to the address you provide

- Bank Transfer - we will obtain your bank details over the phone
